FAQ

FOR ALL CLIENTS:
• Vaccinations: All dogs must be up-to-date on their vaccinations, including Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella (Kennel Cough), and both strains of Canine Influenza (H3N2 and H3N8). Please provide proof of vaccination from your veterinarian prior to your dog’s first visit.
FOR DAYCARE AND BOARDING CLIENTS:
• Spaying or Neutering: Dogs over 7 months of age must be spayed or neutered to participate in our daycare and boarding services. This policy helps reduce aggressive behavior and ensures a peaceful environment for all dogs.
• Temperament Test: A temperament evaluation is required before your dog’s first daycare or boarding stay. This assessment allows us to understand your dog’s behavior, play style, and compatibility with other dogs, ensuring they have a positive experience while in our care.
-
Required for our daycare and boarding puppers, our temperament test is essentially a free day of daycare, providing our staff with the opportunity to understand your dog’s personality and determine the optimal care approach. When you return to pick up your pet, we will present you with a Report Card that outlines their behavior and experiences while with us. We will also discuss the numerous benefits that come with our doggie daycare and boarding services.
Temperament tests will last for four hours at minimum, and all dogs undergoing a temperament test must be dropped off before noon. We offer temperament tests Monday-Thursday and on Saturday. All tests must be scheduled ahead of time. -
